2. Non-Custodial Nature

CryptoPay SaaS is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or manage your private keys or cryptocurrency funds. All transactions occur directly on the TRON blockchain between you and your customers.

3. Subscription Fees

Our service operates on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the monthly fee of 50 USDT to maintain access to the platform's features. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

CryptoPay SaaS is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues, smart contract bugs, or user error.
